Finding Your Balance: Mind, Body and Spirit

Every aspect of who we are as human beings revolves around the balance of Mind, Body and Spirit.  Simply put, if one is out of sync, the whole person is living a life unfulfilled.   The Book of Proverbs states, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”  So if your mind is surrounded with healthy, positive thoughts, then your physical body puts those thoughts into action.  And your spirit is strengthened because you realize that there is something greater than yourself at work in your life.

THE WHOLE YOU PROJECT takes a closer look at each of these elements to offer you a healthier outlook for:

A sense of emotional well-being

A caring approach to strengthen your physical body

An uplifted spirit so you can take on the world!

It’s inspiration and wellness for THE WHOLE YOU….Mind, Body and Spirit.

THE WHOLE YOU PROJECT was created by Chattanooga radio and television personality Andrea Perry.  She has more than 20 years of broadcasting experience in a variety of formats and is an accomplished host and interviewer. Andrea is a member of the Association of Health Care Journalists and was twice awarded fellowships for her work as a health journalist.  She is also the host of “Around the Region”, a local community affairs television program on WDSI-Fox 61.  She serves on the board of directors of the Rotary Club (Hamilton Place) and is active in many civic functions in and around the city.    Andrea says one of her greatest inspirations is her pastor, W.C. Hunter of the World’s Church of the Living God.  “His steadfast faith is amazing to me.  And without his teaching and encouragement, I could never have made it this far…“  Currently Andrea and her husband reside just outside Chattanooga.
